Experience

I've been a fitness expert for over 25 years, and I'm the proud owner of Type A Training (In-Home Personal Training Company) located in Manhattan. My passion for fitness started when I was a teenager, and I've been dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals ever since.

I hold multiple certifications in personal training including Medical Exercise Specialist (MES) and American Council on Fitness (ACE) as well as years on various CEC's that cover everything from weight lose, strength training, cardio and nutrition.  

Throughout my career, I've worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to professional athletes. I specialize in creating customized training programs that are tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.

I'm also a published author and have written several articles on fitness and health for top publications in the industry, including Time Out NY (2007), Allure "Total Makeover" (2005/2006), New York Magazine "Best of New York" (2004), The Wall Street Journal,  Weight Watchers, US News, and more.
